General Overview

Our unique pied-à-terre has a style all on its own. Situated in the heart of South Beach within Sea Pines Resort, features an elegant interior and just the right amount of seclusion. Wake up and enjoy an excellent hot coffee or sip on late-night cocktails to the fantastic views of the Braddock Cove and Harbour Town Light House in the distance! This relaxing retreat is closer to the ocean than any other place on the island. Pack the cooler and make the 299 steps to the beach, or take a short stroll to the famous Salty Dog Cafe. Last but not least, there is a nice laptop nook for those who cannot escape work even for a day. Our South Beach Pearl (named after the world's smallest but most expensive pearl), “South Sea Pearl,” is petite but so perfect that you'll want to stay forever. South Beach Pearl is part of the Bluff Villas, situated at the island's south tip between the Calibogue Sound and the Braddock Cove inlet. Our villa offers perfect views of the Cove and Harbor Town. With the right equipment, of course, you can even peek at the PGA Pros during the Heritage. Sea Pines Resort requires parking passes for all visitors. Please be prepared to pay $22 cash at the gate. Ask them for a weekly pass. Professional cleaning fee - $145

The Space

The South Beach Pearl is an unforgettable romantic escape! It has everything you need to indulge your stay - a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely lounging area, and a brand new TEMPUR-Ergo® Extend with a 100% natural Eco Bliss® Hybrid Latex Mattress. From custom head & foot positions and massage in 4 zones to automatic snore detection. There is a single pull-out sofa for accidental sleep. We do not recommend sleeping more than a night or two. The living space has a modern fireplace with customizable colors for a personalized experience. And yes, you can light it up without heat and enjoy it even during hot summer nights. A Smart Ultra-Slim Samsung 55" TV connected to a Samsung HW Soundbar, equipped with Dolby 5.1 and DTS Virtual X & Q Symphony. You'll find a gourmet Nesspresso® coffee, latte, and tea bar in the kitchen area. In terms of amenities, you'll discover more than you need for sure: iron, iron board, blow dryer, flat/curly iron combo, towels, including a beautiful oversized custom printed beach towel, and more ... Almost forgot ... two beach chairs (under the bed) and a matching umbrella, because you are cool 😉.

Guest Access

The unit is on the second floor, a half flight up from the ground. Access with a smart lock. Bluff Villas has plenty of parking spaces. They are not assigned and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please ensure the guest pass is always displayed on the dashboard.

It offers private beach access with miles of unspoiled sand for walking or biking, two community pools, pickleball, tennis courts, bike and nature trails, and Marina Village shopping center featuring the famous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines Resort requires parking passes for all visitors. Please be prepared to pay $22 cash at the gate. Ask them for a weekly pass.
