General overview

This house is amazing. You have access to the entire house, garden with barbecue area and a fresh water lake. 
The house is approx 200 km2 and have 4 bedrooms with queen size beds.

The location of the house is very nice. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to the city. You can easily reach the forest with hikes, the ocean with beaches, a large shopping mall and a zoo-and adventurepark. 

There is a playground with a soccerfield across the street.

- Kristiansand 10 km with restaurants, museums, cafes and shopping.
- Sørlandssenteret (shoppingmall) 12 km.
- Kristiansand dyrepark 13 km
- The forest 5 min by foot
- the ocean 7 min by foot
