General Overview

This ~60sqm apartment is my sanctuary and retreat. It's incredibly peaceful here, providing a perfect escape from the business of the city. The lighting is a perfect 10/10: Morning light fills the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, while the afternoon sun bathes the living room in a warm glow. The unobstructed view of greenery from the living room is stunning—you'll see lush trees, a small park, the sky, and even the very unique architectural gem called 'Ampere'. The apartment is impeccably maintained, and the classic Berlin wooden floors are in the best condition I've seen in the city. The stucco and high ceilings add a remarkable charm! Everything is very spacious and fully equipped, so you won't miss a thing!

The Space

The bathroom is ultra-modern. The bed is super comfortable, with blackout curtains, and I might even leave my projector for you to enjoy movies in bed! The living room table is perfect for hosting cozy dinners with friends.

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is a dream: the building houses one of the cutest and coolest cafés around, serving excellent coffee—yet you won't hear a thing from the apartment. :) I adore the area for its prime location in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. My street is just a couple of blocks away from the hustle and bustle, offering tranquility with cobblestone streets and charming restaurants, cafés, and bars. A major highlight is the abundance of green spaces. You'll live right next to Mauerpark, which offers jogging paths, tennis courts, a track and field area, and more. There are also several cool yoga studios and spinning classes nearby! The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, but you can also have groceries delivered to your door via Flink anytime.

Getting to my home

Great connection to all of Berlin's public transport: tram, U-Bahn, S-Bahn 6mins by walking. :)
