General Overview

The house is allocated as far out into Stockholm's archipelago as you can reach by car. Surrounded by pine trees, forests and a few nice neightbours its a walking distance to the water’s edge. It's not unusual to wake up to either moose, foxes or deers passing by the window on mornings.

The Space

The house is built in a traditional Scandinavian style, with large windows letting in plenty of natural light and creating a warm and airy feel. Inside, the decor is simple and functional, with touches of natural wood accents and light colors, that make the space welcoming and comfortable. The house has 3 sleeping areas: 1. Room with a queen size bed. 2. Room with a children bed up to 10 years (also space under for a inflatable mattress). 3. Loft with a king size bed. The larger living room is integrated with the kitchen making it a open area. Outside, there’s a lawn for plays and a wooden deck that frames the house making it the perfect spot for morning coffee, day activities, or a quiet evening.

With a mix of natural beauty and cozy cottages, Vindö provides a peaceful getaway ideal for relaxation and exploration. When you feel that you want more ferries straight out to the rest of the archipelago is in reach.

Patrick and Stina, along with our 4-year-old son Walter, we ar a warm and adventurous family who love spending time outdoors and exploring the world together. Stina works as a thoughtful product developer within food science and Patrick is a software developer with a passion for cooking and fishing.
