General overview
Our home is a two story, three bedroom, three bath home located in the planned Mueller neighborhood and the center of Austin. . There are five miles of hike and bike trails that weave around small lakes. The neighborhood offers easy walking to many restaurants and shops.
The space
Our home is a contemporary home facing a small tree lined park called the wedge. There is a large master bedroom upstairs with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The other two bedrooms are also upstairs and have queen beds. They share a bathroom. There is a large family room upstairs.
Downstairs we have a large living room with a fireplace. Kitchen with an island. Dining room with a dining table that accommodates 12 There’s also another bathroom and study with a king sleeper sofa.

There are two floors and wheelchair access in the garage.

Neighbourhood
The Mueller neighborhood was developed from the old Austin airport. It centrally located and offers a variety of stores, restaurants, Dell Children Hospital, a golf course, miles of hike and bike trails, two swimming pools for residents and bird watching.

We are located off Airport Boulevard.

Austin airport is 10-15 minutes
Getting around
You can use one of our cars if we are away. The neighborhood is walkable. There is bus service to downtown and also Uber.
