Bright studio in front of the Danube River- residential area. everything what you need is here, Coffee machine, wash machine, shower massage, dish washer etc. Comfy bed 180-200 cm bed - extra matrass available ( air matrass) super quiet building- not parties allowed ! - please Speaker- TV available ( Prime, youtube ) Board games , puzzles available. our eating table suits for 3 people, or if you desire you can also eat in front of the window. Available mostly for 2 people, 3 people can also fit with an extra matrass. ------------------------------------------------------ Staying at my place you can find: Public Transport Connectivity U-Bahn (Subway): U1 Line – Donauinsel Station This is your main connection to the city center. The U1 line runs north-south and links you directly to key hubs like Praterstern, Stephansplatz (city center), and Hauptbahnhof (main train station). The U-Bahn runs frequently, making commuting fast and reliable. Bus & Tram Connections: Several bus lines operate in the surrounding areas of the 22nd district, connecting neighborhoods not directly served by the U-Bahn. Tram line 25 and bus line 11A/11B are also accessible a short distance away. 5 min walk ✈️ Access to Airports Vienna International Airport (VIE): Approximately 25–35 minutes by car/taxi. Public transport route: Take the U1 to Wien Hauptbahnhof, then connect to the Railjet or S-Bahn to the airport. 20 min- 25 min approx.
