Perfectly positioned close to Eden Park, Mt Eden, Kingsland and Dominion Road; Auckland CBD easily accesible by public transport.

The house is a minor dwelling with two stores, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedroom downstairs has a queen bed; upstairs there are two single beds, which can be set up as a double bed; there is an additional sofa bed in the kitchen/dining/living room.

Eden Park, the famous All Blacks Stadium, is only 2min walk. The house is very handy for those attending games or concerts at Eden Park. Shops, restaurant and supermarket are within a walking distance. Buses and trains to Auckland CBD in 10min only and other popular destinations easily accessible.
