General overview
The apartment is in a historic house in the very centre of Tbilisi. It's only a few minutes walk from the centre, but, being located in the foothil of Mtatsminda, the air is fresh and it is very quiet. The building is about 150 years old, hence tge walls are thick and the sitting room ceiling has the original painting, characteristic to old Tbilisi apartments. Thee is an outside sitting area.

The flat has a large sitting room, a double bedroom, shushabandi (a type of lodgia), breakfast room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a sitting area outside. Apart from a comfortable double bed, there is a sofa bed for two.
