General overview

Comfortable home with lots of books, pictures and a piano. Relaxed and welcoming, with quirky features. The house is in south east Belfast in a quiet, safe area, but close to lots of amenities, green spaces and the city centre. We have a dog. He goes to kennels when we go on holidays, however, the house may not be suitable for those with allergies. We may be able to leave our car for your use.

The space

Comfortably sleeps seven people The house has a large living room with TV, with Netflix and open fire. There is an old radiogram in full working order with lots of records. A toy cupboard has lots of board games and toys. There is a downstairs toilet, large hall, dining room, with piano and table seating 6-8. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal, including oven, microwave, dishwasher. There is a utility room with washing machine, separate tumbler drier and old-fashioned pull down airer. There is another living room with sofa, desk and bay window. I use this as an office, which you are also welcome to use. Also toys in this room. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with kingsize bed and lots of storage. There is also an ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, good storage and a desk. The third bedroom has bunk beds - the bottom bunk sleeps two, the top sleeps one. Also a desk and kids books in this room. The main bathroom has a corner bath and a separate shower. There is a fourth bedroom which will be locked with our personal items. There is a great garden with trampoline, herb bed and apple bushes. Outdoor table and seating with a hammock. Large drive to front with room for two cars.

Guest access

The house is on two floors with all bedrooms up one flight of stairs. There are also some steps to the front door - a set of three, then another set of two. They aren't steep and there is a handrail.
