Neighbourhood
Our neighbourhood is called Eixample and it is fabulous. We are located in a quiet, residential part of the neighbourhood, you're just outside the central tourist area—but less than a 20-minute flat walk from the city's historic heart. The Turia Park, a lush 16-kilometre greenway built in the old riverbed, is just at the end of our street a 3 minute walk. It’s one of our favourite spots for walking, biking, or enjoying a coffee at one of its cafés. Also, with bike paths galore, it’s easy to explore Valencia’s beaches, which are just a 15-minute bike ride away.
Valencia is a city where history, culture, and nature all come together. Visit the iconic City of Arts and Sciences, explore charming neighbourhoods, and don’t miss Mercado Central—Europe’s largest indoor market! And when it’s time to eat, you are steps away from hundreds of excellent restaurants and cafés.
Our city is buzzing with energy, the streets are full of rhythm, the terraces full of life, and the sun is shining over the Mediterranean atmosphere that makes Valencia a unique place. And we are ready to welcome you!

Valencia airport is a 10km, 20min taxi ride away about 20-25 Euros depending on time of day/night
Getting Around
Our neighbourhood is right in the middle of everything with hundreds of shops & restaurants in all directions, pretty much right at your front door. Plus we are also really close to a direct bus route that will take you to the beaches! 15 min walk (or 5 min bus) to the Station Nord railway station, a 20 minute taxi ride to the airport. Also the main shopping street with many international brands and department stores is a 15 minute walk plus the old town is less than 10mins further walk - so no need for a car!
