Neighbourhood

Our neighbourhood is called Eixample and it is fabulous. We are surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants, bars & cafes and the nearest supermarket is only about 150m away. Having said that our street is pretty quiet and we are also only a 5 minute walk away from Valencia's famous Turia Park where you can go walking, ride a bike, even listen to the symphony orchestra etc.

Nearest airport

Valencia airport is a 10km, 20min taxi ride away about 20-25 Euros depending on time of day/night

Getting around

Our neighbourhood is right in the middle of everything with hundreds of shops & restaurants in all directions, pretty much right at your front door. Plus we are also really close to direct bus route that will take you to the beaches! 15 min walk (or 5 min bus) to the Station Nord railway station, a 20 minute taxi ride to the airport. Also the main shopping street with many international brands and department stores is a 15 minute walk plus the old town is less than 10mins further walk - so no need for a car!
