General overview
Our place is a modern townhome in downtown Squamish, walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and a stonethrow from all the amazing hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, kiting etc. etc. that Squamish has to offer.
Situated on a quiet family friendly cul de sac that has minimal traffic.
The space
Our place is split over 3 levels, the ground floor is a fully closed in garage with space for 1 car, EV charger and plenty of room for storage and a chest freezer. (A second visitors parking space can be accesed on request)
Middle floor is an open plan living space with a kitchen, with all the appliances, crockery, cutlery etc. that you could wish for. Lounge area at other end of the space with TV and gas fireplace. Dining table and 6 seats but can seat up to 8 comfortably. Half bath on the main floor.
Upstairs is a Main (Queen) + ensuite, spare (Double) and kids room (Crib and single) and a shared bathroom.
The backyard is relatively small but leafy and a nice spot to sit on a hot day. A front balcony is a good spot for a morning coffee.
Guest access
Guests would be required to ascend flights of stairs to get around inside the house. Access to the front door is via key and access to the garage is via a remote fob.
