General overview

We have a 2 story family home that sleeps 8 in the northern part of Coeur D'Alene. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a front porch, and great backyard for grilling and relaxing. We are in a quite neighborhood just 15mins away from downtown Coeur D'Alene. We are 15mins from 4 different lakes you can do water activities on or access the walking / hiking trails. If you enjoy Skiing we are an hour drive from Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard or Chewelah Peak & Angel Peak as well as 2 other Ski mountains in Idaho. It's a great location to be near a lot of things but in a quite location away from the hustle and bustle.

The space

Our main floor of the home has the main bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom with the kitchen, living room, laundry room and half guest bathroom. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a guest bathroom. Two of the bedrooms upstairs each have a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed with the bottom bunk bed being a full size bed.
