General Overview

Our home is in the suburbs of L.A. We live in a 2 floor home in the gorgeous Skyline Community, it's very new and has a great community of families- including a group of homeschoolers! Our open concept living/kitchen/dining area on the 1st floor, with a huge sunken in modular sofa has a ladder full of cozy blankets and extra baskets of blankets in every room. We have an office, a loft with another tv and video games on the 2nd flr, as well as a laundry room, guest bedroom, child's bedroom and primary bedroom. There's also a balcony upstairs to watch the stars.

The Space

I love the playroom and our extra large butler’s pantry! All the elements of cozy and staying in. I love to cook so I have a lot of gadgets, cookware, bakeware and (mostly) organic ingredients in there. Our backyard and gardens are also such a joy to work in, as well as collecting fresh herbs, flowers and eggs from our girls in the chicken coop and letting them out to peck fresh clover and herbs and air their feathers out. I also love my bathroom and having a spa-day with my son! We also spend a lot of evenings or lazy weekends on the sofa cuddling with our 2 cats, watching movies or bingeing a new series on the big flatscreen in the family room. (Like Wednesday!)

Front door, side door, back doors. 1st floor is wheelchair accessible. But It's a 2 floor house with stairs to 2nd floor.

Notes

We have 2 cats that would need to be fed 1x a day. And our 2 Chickens who we let out for a bit during the day (or when we're home and not out and about) and lead them back to their coop around dusk. We have a Tesla Powerwall battery as backup if the power is ever out, that operates automatically. RING Camera monitoring system as well as Alexa in every room for music, news, info, operating all indoor and outdoor lights and as an intercom system.

Amazing, kind neighbors, lots of people walking their dogs, 2 dog parks, several playgrounds with tennis and basketball courts, baseball fields, splashads, 2 Pool houses with spas, showers, splash pads, gyms and playrooms.

Getting to my home

Fly into Burbank for the closest shortest commute or LAX which is a bigger international airport in Los Angeles.
