General overview

The location is great with lots of good cafés, little shops and nice street life. Our yard is also a strong reason for us to live here with lots of nice neighbors and kids. You can easily grill, meet nice people and find someone to play with. Two blocks away is Folkets Park, Malmös biggest playground, which is a true haven for kids (and their parents). Our apartment is big (five rooms, 155 m2) with two bathrooms which means it's suitable for most families and easy to invite guests to at any time.
