General Overview

We live in a gorgeous sandstone home which was renovated to take advantage of the stunning Sydney harbour outlook. It's modern but with high ceilings and character. We have spectacular views of Sydney Harbour with the iconic Harbour Bridge and Opera House and these views are seen from the garden, living area, kitchen and master bedroom.

The Space

There are two separate living areas and two separate outdoor areas, as well as 2 separate home offices. The main lounge room with exposed sandstone walls has a fireplace, as does the study.

Guest Access

We have 3 bedrooms with king or queen sized beds, 3 full bathrooms and 2 separate studies. The master bedroom is upstairs with a sweeping view of the harbour and a large en suite with tub and a walk through wardrobe. All the finishes are to a high standard. We are semi retired and open to interesting places to go, including within Australia. If it's an Australian exchange we may bring our adult children, and overseas we may be joined by another couple.

Notes

There are stairs to the house as well as to the master bedroom. We have regular cleaners here and we will have the house professionally cleaned before your arrival, and prefer that guests pay the cleaners directly at the end of the stay. We also prefer to leave your house tidy but pay your cleaners at the end of our stay elsewhere, rather than attempting a proper clean as we pack up to leave.

Neighbourhood

Cremorne is a highly sought after area of Sydney's lower north shore. Just a few kilometres from the city centre, a short distance to the harbour foreshore walks, and a 7 minute walk to a high street with shops and buses. It's also close to beaches and the famous Taronga Zoo.

Getting to my home

Sydney has an international airport. There is good public transport and our home is 600 metres from a shopping and transport hub.

Nearest airport

Sydney airport is a half hour drive.
