General Overview
This is a beautiful 3 floor Porfirian style (1908), remodeled in 2018. Our flat is on the first floor, facing one of the most popular street in the trendiest neighborhood of the City: La Roma. We are in front of one of the best bakery in town, Panaderia Rosetta, and right up of our little concept store, 180º SHOP. The area is the perfect location to enjoy a stay in this amazing city, easy to move to every part of the city.
The Space
A big patio, 2 bedrooms with queen bed & full bathroom in each. There is another room that we sometime use as an art Gallery (private entrance, but that can connect to the apartment). Fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a pull-out bed that can serve as an extra bed (1 adult / 2kids).

My husband and I love showing our city to friends or guests that are visiting. Before remodeling the house, we use to have an hotel in that same building. And I published a guide of Mexico City few years ago, so we are ready to help anyone who wants to discover the City!

We had a fantastic time visiting this beautiful apartment and dynamic city. Eva's home is in an incredible location, and its beautiful and spacious interior and well maintained and equipped kitchen made coming home a welcome event during our stay in CDMX. The convenience of being central in Roma Norte allowed us to walk everywhere and seize the opportunities to explore the many shops and restaurants that are nearby. Eva and family were wonderful hosts and were there with information and support to make the most of our travel time. Do not miss! -
We had the most perfect stay at Eva's and Bernardo's place! Thank you for all the helpful info beforehand and for last minute tips and ideas during our stay. The apartment is in a perfect location in the heart of Roma Norte, on a very attractive street, with bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby, yet quiet as the two bedrooms are towards the back and very peaceful. We especially loved the proximity to Plaza Rio de Janeiro, a lovely neighborhood park popular with dog owners, poets and boy scouts. The apartment is very comfortable, well appointed and beautiful: 2 spacious bedrooms with a bathroom each, a large kitchen with dining table and a spacious living room. Despite being passionate cooks, we never cooked in, too many delicious dining options await in Roma and further afield. The interior patio is not only beautiful (I love the turquoise and white tile pattern! )and a great place to chill and read, but it also brings light and calm to the bedrooms. I highly recommend Eva's guide on Mexico City, it is chock full of great suggestions and makes discovering this fascinating and delicious city a pure pleasure. Ask her about it! We used all modes of transportation: rode the Metro, buses and bicycles, walked a lot, and took Ubers when legs were too tired. All transportation is within easy reach from the apartment. We will be back and thank Eva and Bernardo for their generous hospitality. We hope to welcome them to our beach house outside of NYC soon! -

We had an amazing time at Eva’s well-appointed and roomy apartment. The location placed us within walking distance of great bars and restaurants, not to mention the most popular bakery in the city. I can't express what a WONDERFUL home Eva and Bernardo have curated. The house itself is immaculate, spacious, and comfortable with a clear eye for design. It's in an excellent, walkable neighborhood of CDMX with the best restaurants and shops at your fingertips. The best part of exchanging with them is the kindness and generosity of their hosting style. I loved walking out of the apartment to find them chatting with friends in front of their shop, their very specific knowledge of the city and great recommendations, and their willingness to build community with exchangers. I can't wait to welcome them to Boston! -
We spent over a week in Marie-Ève and Bernardo's beautiful flat and we loved every day of our stay. Location is the best you are going to find in CDMX. The flat is in the liveliest and trendiest neighbourhood, yet the flat is quiet at night so, you won't be disturbed by the hussle of the city. Transport links to get to other areas are great and many places that you will want to visit are at walking distance. There are plenty of food / coffee / cocktail / mezcal places or fruit / snacks stalls as well as lovely clothes and crafts shops nearby where you will inevitably spend more than you will want during your time at Marie-Ève's place. The flat itself is comfy and has been beautiful renovated keeping some of the charming features of the old colonial building which will add to your very enjoyable time in Ciudad de México. We also had the chance to meet Marie-Ève and her family which was one of the highlights of our stay and they are the loveliest and most gracious hosts. Marie-Ève was in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was fine and she gave us many tips of places to visit and things to do. In case you haven't read her profile, she wrote a travel book on CDMX so, she really has the best tips to visit the city! -
Marie-Eve's home in Mexico city is the perfect haven from which to explore this city! It was incredibly clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, but on top of that the location cannot be beat! Marie Eve and Bernardo were wonderful hosts and we look forward to having them at our home in New York soon. Don't miss breakfast at the bakery across the street!
