General overview
The flat is beautiful, old-style flat has high ceilings, is light, airy and quiet while being right in the middle of a hip area. We have 3 rooms plus kitchen and bathroom and the area is approximately 80 square meters. Enjoy the Berlin atmosphere and a south-facing balcony in a fully equipped flat.
The space
The flat has a south-facing balcony. We are on the fourth floor, so get plenty of light, however there is no elevator. The flat is equipped with everything you need and has a cosy vibe, and the building is quiet.
Guest access
We are on the fourth of five floors, there is no elevator so you get a free workout!

Neighbourhood
Hip, trendy neighbourhood full of cafés, restaurants and bars, as well as being close to the canal and weekly food markets. The street is quiet while so close to bustling streets such as Weserstrasse.
Getting to my home
The closest U-bahn is either Schönleinstrasse (U8) or Hermannplatz (U7 and U8). The stations are approximately a 10 minute walk away. There are also several bus stops close by.
Nearest airport
Berlin Brandenburg, it is approximately 50 minutes away by public transport and 30 minutes by car.
Getting around
Grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, bars, wine stores, shopping and public transport are all walking distance!
