General overview

My apartment is in the central and popular Dresden Neustadt. There are shops and bars/restaurants as well as supermarkets and other things you might need. The historic old town can be reached very quickly on foot. Nevertheless, it is nice and quiet here in the evenings and you can end the evening with a wine on my balcony.

The space

The flat consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, a bath room and kitchen with balcony. The flat is on the 2nd floor and can only be entred by stairs. No elevator. Kitchen is equiped with everything needed.

2nd floor, no elevator, just stairs

Notes

Parking can sometimes be a bit difficult as all residents park on the surrounding streets. In some cases, parking fees must also be expected.

Getting to my home

Just around the corner you can use the tram to get around town, many things can be done by foot. Train station is 10min walk.

Nearest airport

Airport Dresden is close by, with the Train about 15min + 10min walk to the apartment About 1,5 h away is the airport of Berlin, trainstation is 10min walk away from the flat
