1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment close to shopping village with all amenities, 3 minute walk to train which runs to Perth central and to southern suburbs. Restaurants and wine bars 3 minutes away. Beach by car is 10 minutes (bus available to beach also). Lovely village style location!

Full kitchen with ample bench space. Open area with small dining space and living room. Access to bathroom from living space. Bedroom with separate access to bathroom. Laundry cupboard with washer, dryer and sink. Outdoor small balcony, with high table and chairs and barbecue. Lovely view over church and view to city buildings. Lovely trees surrounding balcony.
Guest access
We are on 3rd floor accessible by lift which also provides access to underground carpark space for a vehicle.

“All able” access via ramp to unit entrance if required.
Atrium style gardens at centre of units on each floor. Access to gym and sauna on 4th floor and also rooftop access with tables/chairs for entertaining guests. Barbecue available on rooftop area . Full chef’s kitchen for rental on rooftop. Large lounge area with television and mini library for use by residents on rooftop area also.

Everything you need. Very friendly village atmosphere. Open green parklands close by. Everything you need is walking distance.
Kings Park Botanical gardens are approximately 10 minutes by car with magnificent views across the city, river and many walking trails.
Getting to my home
Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by hire car.. Taxis available. Train also runs from airport to our local train station 5 minutes from our apartment for very easy access. Being close to city, there are many alternative buses and trains to get you anywhere. Many cycle ways around the area too.

Perth Airport is approximately 30 mins away by car or a train service efficiently runs from airport to our local train station. From there it is a 5 minute walk to our apartment.

As mentioned before we are 5 minutes walking distance to train station.
