General overview

Magnificent 4 bedroom house located directly on the edge of Lac-Etchemin in Quebec, Canada A beautiful terrace and a 4 season spa in the glass roof. Outdoor fireplace with wood and propane 2 Kayaks, 1 paddle board, pedal boat, swimming at the lake with beach toys A very nice large field as well as several indoor and outdoor games. We have several equipment available such as skates, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, winter clothing for children and adults. Do not hesitate to ask if you need to enjoy our winter activities. It is also very easy to rent the equipment.

The space

4 bedrooms upstairs: 3 Queen beds and 3 single beds A double sofa bed in the living room with a real mattress and 2 single sofa beds in the basement (without mattress) as well. Small transition bed up to approx. 5 years old in the master bedroom Playpen Portable Folding Baby Bed high chair, small stroller BBQ Bedding, beach towel, basic condiment (oil, sugar, salt, spices etc.), filter coffee, raclette and fondue set, popcorn machine, 2 televisions, many board games, football table, very well equipped kitchen

Guest access

The bedrooms are on the upper floor with stairs. There is a sofa bed with a real double mattress in the living room

Unfortunately, due to health issues of family members or other guests, we do not accept pets in our homes. Smoking not allowed No large gatherings allowed and visits on request Availability varies by rental There is a camera in the garage only for snowmobile surveillance
