We have a cozy 3 bedroom home close to the heart of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. We are walking distance to transit and the downtown core. We are a few kilometres from amazing beaches. Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a secure, gated backyard with a large hot tub. We also have central air conditioning to keep things cool in the summer. We are across the street from a large park, playing fields, skate and bike park. Another park with tennis courts and a children's playground and spray park is a 10 minute walk away. We are ideally situated for anyone interested in exploring the West Coast of Canada and are only 20 minutes away from the ferry to Vancouver.

The Space

We have a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a second bedroom with a loft single bed, a third bedroom with another single bed. We have a double-sized pullout couch in the living room and a large couch in the den that could also sleep two people. 

We have a large back deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture for relaxing in the summer. The shaded backyard includes a large hot tub that can accommodate up to 6 people.

Neighbourhood

We are in a very central neighbourhood - 1 minute walk to transit. 5 minute walk to the biggest shopping mall in Victoria. 1 minute walk to a large park. 10 minute drive to the water and nearby beaches. We are also on several bike routes and can leave access to bicycles for anyone who is interested.

Nearest airport

YYJ - 25 minute drive.
