Please don't write to me for months JUNE -JULY-AUGUST - MID SEPTEMBER!! Nera Etwa House is a stone house built in 1920, and I have dedicated myself to preserving its spirit by restoring original features and maintaining the home's historic flow. This beautiful stone house has many stories to tell, and I felt it was essential to honor that legacy.

The Space

Nera Etwa House is a charming 100-year-old stone house featuring three bedrooms, a heated infinity saltwater swimming pool, and a jacuzzi, all nestled on the stunning southern Croatian coast. Just an 8-minute drive from the beach and over an hour from Dubrovnik, it serves as the perfect base for exploring southern Croatia, the Pelješac Peninsula, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The nearest airports are in Split and Dubrovnik. The house offers complete privacy and seclusion, boasting beautiful views of ancient olive trees, rolling hills, and mandarin fields.
