We have a new house on a private lake, only 12 miles/19 km to Disney World and 5 miles/8 km to Universal Orlando. Next to Restaurant Row and the center of everything, yet in our backyard, you will find wildlife like in the countryside! Visit the world’s #1 theme park Disney World: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom (Avatar world) and Hollywood Studios (Star Wars) and all the water parks. A few minutes to Universal Studios: World of Harry Potter, Marvel Super Hero Island, Dr. Seuss, etc. Also, Legoland and SeaWorld.

Spacious house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room and two living rooms (can be a 4th bedroom). Enjoy SUNSETS from the back patio with a BBQ grill, pickleball courts and a fishing pier.
