General overview

Large and fully renovated family oriented home. Convenient to all Orlando area attractions. 5 Bedrooms with a Master on the ground floor and one upstairs. 4 full and 2 half baths and a private screened pool. It is a second home so we have a lot of flexibility on dates

The space

Situated in a gated community, our home is convenient to all Orlando area attractions and parks (more than 60 venues). The home is completely remodeled and updated. After a long day at the parks you can relax in a heated private pool and spa with a pool patio half bath. There are no backyard neighbors, you look out to a protected sanctuary area.

Guest access

The first floor has a large master bedroom and bath that is easily accessible for guests who can not use stairs.

Getting to my home

The home is 35-45 min of the Orlando Airport (MCO) and 1.5 hours from the Tampa airport and within 20 min to an Amtrak/Sun Rail train station. Access is via Rte 4 or 27 with many travel options when traveling by car.
