The complex has a closed courtyard, a guarded territory, a large playground, a basketball court, an outdoor gym, as well as a 3-level parking lot. Near the metro station "Vokzalnaya", "University", "Polytechnic Institute", walking circus, department store "Ukraine", clinic "Okhmatdet". The fish restaurant "Chernomorka" near the house is the most delicious place in Kiev! There is also a sushi bar right next to the house.
