General overview
Farmhouse with a Manor Ruin (Future Restoration Project)
Nestled in the heart of the countryside, our property boasts a beautiful farmhouse and a ruined manor, which we plan to restore in the future. There are no close neighbors, and we’re just 5 minutes away from the sea. While a car is essential, sporty types can get around by bike, though winter rides might not be as enjoyable!
We offer two guest rooms accommodating up to 5 people while we're away. Normally, these rooms are listed on Airbnb as part of our homestay. If needed, the sofa can provide additional sleeping space.
About the Property:
This is a former farmhouse featuring a 16th-century manor (currently off-limits due to crumbling stones). There's also a 1,000m² paddock, a 2,500m² garden, and a 1903 stone house with a staircase tower. A stream runs through the property all year round.
The main house includes a spacious 70m² living area and a shower room on the ground floor. Recently restored, the stone tower staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find three bedrooms (two of which are available for guests), and a bathroom that's under construction (with a functioning toilet).
The ground floor living space is quite unique, with a large, rustic fireplace that we use for cooking during the winter. We’ll explain how to use the fireplace for your stay in the colder months.

We are a couple, both 36 years old, and we are currently working on an exciting project—renovating a manor that has been in ruins for some time. This has become a major focus of our lives, as we are deeply committed to bringing the manor back to life, and it has kept us busy to the point where we rarely take vacations.
My partner is passionate about fishing; it’s something he really enjoys in his spare time and finds incredibly relaxing. On the other hand, I have a deep love for animals. We have horses, dogs, and chickens, and I love spending time with them. In addition, I really enjoy cooking, which is one of my favorite ways to unwind.
This combination of passions keeps us balanced and happy as we work on our renovation project. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for both
