General overview
Our home located at location area of beautiful beach city. Only 7km from center, next to river, mountain and local church. Only more than 1km to Metro supermarket, shops and schools are around.
We also have a big garden in the front and back, many fruits trees likes: mango, bananas, dragon fruit…
Very friendly and helpful neighbors.
That’s house is available now and we will love to give it longtime as we are not living there now.
The fee (electricity, water, internet and cleaner) we can give you the bill to pay like family fee.
Hope you will love our space and treat with respect!
The space
We would love to live with maximum natural around. 80m2 house but big terraces in the front and back side. 2 small bed rooms but big kitchen.
Also we have a big garden in the front and back side too.
Guest access
Unfortunately we can’t afford for wheelchair cause we have some stair steps to climb. A little bit difficult to find out the house cause it is quite local. But we have a neighbor friend can pick you up also send you the Google map.
Notes
A little bit annoying because we are living next to the train. Can be a little bit noisy for you but our culture we like it.
Totally safe to live there.
We have gate and use the normally lock and keys for the gate.

Neighbourhood
There is local church, rice fields around, Quan Truong river and mountain if you want to walk and ride a bike around.
Getting to my home
You can access our home by walking, car, motorbike, bike and bus stop is also near. It is 3 km from city train, 40km from the airport.
But Vietnam is cheap transportation, you can go straight from airport to our home by taxi 15$ or from train station 5$.
Also I can organize for you if you need.
Nearest airport
Nha Trang airport is 40km from my home, Domestic and International.
Getting around
We have many local mini shop and market around, you can walk 400-500m. Mega supermarket is 2km. Also we have local temple is very next.
In the summer you can see lotus flowers in the river or around the village.
Also you will surprise to see buffalo, cow or goats are going near. And it’s not too far away from city. :)
