Renovated character home with large outdoor entertaining area to enjoy the beautiful Queensland weather. We are on the door step of some of Brisbane's best cafes, restaurants and shopping and within walking distance of Brisbane city and Southbank leisure precinct. Public transport is available at the end of our street should you wish to explore all that Brisbane and its surroundings has to offer.
The space
Our home has many original and distinctive timber features characterising a traditional ‘Queenslander’. The open plan living space, kitchen and dining area lead onto a large covered deck with BBQ. Perfect for enjoying Queensland's warm climate.
Guest access
Guest access is via a set of wooden stairs from street level. Access to the bedrooms is via an internal staircase.

Neighbourhood
Paddington is an inner-city suburb of Brisbane located approximately 2 kilometres from the Central Business District (CBD). The suburb was settled in the 1860s and is characterised by many original and distinctive timber homes called ‘Queenslanders’. There are some fabulous local cafes and restaurants in the area along with hidden gems of Brisbane’s independent fashion boutiques, artisans and vintage and consignment designer stores.
Getting to my home
Our home is approximately a 20 minute drive from the Brisbane airport. We are only 2 kms to the main train station linking Brisbane to the Gold Coast.
