General Overview

Our large family home is in a tranquil setting filled with trees and birdlife. We are situated 10min walk to the beautiful Wurtulla and Bokarina beaches and 5min walk to local grocery stores, liquor shop, takeaway and coffee. The local bus is 5min walk away where you can head 30min to the spectacular Mooloolaba precinct or 30min to Caloundra and Kings Beach. Our large outdoor entertaining area with pool is a lovely spot to relax, enjoy or cook up a feast on the outdoor bbq.

The Space

Our home has enough space for the whole family! We have 3 bedrooms downstairs with a full bathroom, study, kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs is the master suit with a king size bed, large bathroom and own lounge area with tv. Outdoor living is a huge part of the home, equipped with a bbq, dinning area and large outdoor lounge to enjoy watching the family splash around in the large inground pool.

Guest Access

Full access to the two storey home with majority of living and bedrooms on the ground level, with the master suit upstairs by internal stairs. The home has a large off street area park a few vehicles if required.

Wurtulla is a very quiet residential area in great proximity to beaches, the hinterland mountains, famous Noosa Heads, restaurants and more!

Nearest airport

We are located 1-1.5hrs drive to Brisbane airport which offer a bus transfer to Wurtulla or you can hire car. We are also 25min from the Sunshine Coast Maroochydore airport.
