With a water view in the back, and trees all around, it feels like we live in the middle of the woods. Our community is friendly, with many residents in the 50-75 year-old range, and convenient to all the attractions of Annapolis, MD
The space
On the main level is a living-dining room, back deck, full-feature kitchen, office, and full bath. Upstairs are 2 large en suite bedrooms (queen & king beds), each with double sinks, shower, and a washer and dryer. The lower level family room has a big screen TV and comfy leather furniture, a full bath, and a craft room with plentiful art supplies. There is a foldout ottoman that can be opened up for a fairly comfortable twin-size bed for a child. Our community — Riva Trace — has 5 neighborhoods. Our neighborhood is Summer Place. There are a children’s playground and pickle ball courts within the community (walkable from our home), as well as a private pier with a kayak put-in. We have 2 kayaks for use.

We are recent retirees ready to spend more time away from home. At this time we are favoring European travel, but that can change at any time! Tell us what you have, and we’ll consider every offer.
