The 1BR railroad apartment is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in NYC -- Park Slope! Located three blocks from Prospect Park and close to F/G and R trains, it's a great location from which to explore Brooklyn or Manhattan.

With a living room/office, full kitchen and bath, it is quite spacious (especially for New York.)

Guest Access

Apartment is located on the second floor, up one flight of stairs (no elevator in building).

Notes

I have one cat, who I would likely not be able to take with me - so best for folks who are willing to be a cat caretaker (he is very easy and just requires daily feeding).

Beautiful neighborhood with brownstones and tree-lined streets, 3 blocks from Prospect Park. Mixed use neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping, and transport.

Getting to my home

Access via public transportation (subway) from any of the NYC/NJ airports (I find JFK to be the easiest), or Amtrak/bus to Manhattan.

Nearest airport

JFK and Laguardia are both ~35 minutes driving / 1 hour on public transportation.
