The apartment is centrally located in Crown Heights, just minutes from bustling Franklin Avenue with its cute coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The place is also walking distance from the beautiful Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, the Brooklyn Museum, and Prospect park, and about a 5 minute walk from the express trains which have you in Manhattan in 20 minutes.
There's a coffee shop on the ground floor of the building, and a grocery store at the end of the block.
