Located close to both Ålesund and Geiranger, you can experience some of the most beautiful places in Norway from this house. It's also big enough to host a larger group of people comfortably. There are five bedrooms, and two couches that pull out to double beds, as well as three bathrooms and a toilet.
Inside you'll love the view of fjords and mountains and outside you'll also love the view, as well as the closeness to nature. There are two fully functional kitchens so plenty of opportunities to make great food.

The Space

The top floor has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds with the possibility to pull out another bed from underneath. There is also a bathroom and a small living space with a couch, TV and some toys.
The middle floor has one bedroom with a double bed and a (removable) crib connected to a bathroom. This is the main floor with a big living room with an amazing view and kitchen as well as a guest toilet.
The lower floor has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a laundry room and a living room with home cinema and a ping pong table. There is also a second kitchen.
Outside there is a big terrace, and a garden.

Neighbourhood

Skodje is a small, cosy place where people generally like to be outdoors. 
It is a great place to stay if you want to go hiking. 
Ålesund city, known for it's architecture is about half an hour away with car.
Geiranger and Trollstigen is close enough that you can visit them on a day-trip.

Nearest airport

Vigra airport, 45 minutes away by car

Getting Around

I would recommend having a car. There are buses to Ålesund, but only about once per hour. Grocery store and the village "everything you need"-store are within walking distance.

We're a family of six, two adults and four boys. We like to travel to new places, but also return to some of our favourites :) back home we enjoy being outside whether we go for a hike, mushroom picking or skiing. We also like to play board games, even though some of us get rather competitive. When travelling we like to try the local cuisine and get new experiences. Some shopping doesn't hurt either.
