General overview

Our house has a very good energy. It’s a quiet and calm house on a corner lot with a nice relaxing backyard, meditation room, and in a nice neighborhood. We are about 3 miles to some of the best beaches and downtown Encinitas, which is one of the most sought after coastal towns in San Diego, where the weather is pretty much always nice! Our house is comfortable and cozy, and a great place to relax and unwind. It’s also a great hub to explore all things So Cal!

The space

There’s a master bedroom with an incredibly comfortable bed! There are 2 full baths, a large kitchen and living room, and a nice backyard with lots of plants and flowers. There’s also a 2nd bedroom that we use daily as a meditation and yoga room.

Guest access

Our house is one story. There is a lot of on street parking and a driveway.

We are willing to let guests use one of our cars.

Neighbourhood

We are walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. We are also about 3 miles to easy public transportation that will take you to downtown San Diego. We are also just a couple miles from nice walking trails around the San Elijo lagoon.

Getting to my home

It’s probably best to fly to San Diego, then drive or Uber/Lyft to our house. If possible, you can also take an Amtrak train to Solana Beach, the town just south of us, and Uber/Lyft from there.

Nearest airport

The nearest major airport is the San Diego International Airport, which is 22 miles away, or about a 30 minute drive. There’s also a smaller airport called Palomar Airport which is about 5 miles away.
