General Overview

This is a family cabin that is tastefully furnished with an emphasis on casual comfort to ensure you can enjoy your time vacationing with friends and family. The cabin is located on 100' of waterfront on the Pend Oreille river in Northern Idaho. This is really a four-season vacation home. While the home is located in Laclede, you are 20 minutes from Sandpoint Idaho which has been recognized by Rand McNally as one of the best small towns in the US. This home has a cleaning fee of $125.

The Space

Four bedrooms and two bathrooms. 3 queen bedrooms and one upstairs bunkbed room with a Twin/full and a twin/twin. While the summer and the water is always the best time of the year, you will enjoy the winter time and building a fire in the wood burning stove.

Guest Access

Two floors. Steps to deck and steps to sloping lawn and water. Two bedrooms main floor and two bedrooms upstairs. No bathroom upstairs.

Notes

Detached garage with ping pong table and bikes and fishing poles Cabin has two kayaks and two standup paddleboards. The cabin is located about an hour away from Silverwood, the PNW's largest theme park. The cabin is located about 45 minutes away from Schweitzer Mountain offering great downhill skiing.
