General overview
I love our home’s location best. Sunny aspect, beautiful courtyard with barbecue/grill for outdoor dinners, walk to Balmoral beach in 25mins or 3min drive or bus available. We are walking distance to Cremorne shops and Mosman shops for supermarket, movie cinemas, bus to all the famous sites of Sydney (Wynyard/Town Hall) or drive or bus to Manly beach (10 min drive). You can also bus or drive to the ferry in Mosman Bay to catch a ferry to Circular Quay.
Our home is a 115 year old heritage semidetached home that has been renovated 13 years ago. We have ducted airconditioning throughout, fly screens on all windows. We have large bifold doors at the rear in the open plan living dining kitchen area. There are original hardwood floors and carpet in bedrooms. Aircon and fly screens on the windows.
The space
Renovated open plan living, dining and kitchen with island bench, Nespresso pod coffee machine. Bathroom has an over shower bath.
Guest access
We are on a flat single level, with 4 steps to get into the house. There are 4 steps to access the rear courtyard off the deck also.
Notes
We have a 14 year old sleepy old Labrador dog. She’s very friendly. She may or may not be there at the time.

Stunning Balmoral & Edwards Beaches, fine dining, movie cinema, parks, supermarket, green grocer, (Harris Farm Markets), basketball court, oodles of cafes, high street fashion walking distance from home on Military Rd Mosman.
A short 10min bus trip across the Sydney Harbour Bridge will take you to Sydney city to explore the Opera House and all the famous Sydney landmarks.
Getting to my home
Fly into Sydney International Airport - then train to Sydney city to Wynyard and bus to Mosman. We are a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. It is a level walk to the bus stops.

Getting around
Walk to shops, or bus to beach and city. Can walk to Balmoral but there is a steep hill to walk back home (down hill going there). We usually drive 5 mins.
