General Overview

If you want to visit Toronto. but still want a very comfortable and peaceful vibe , this house in the GTA (Great Toronto Area) is perfect for you! You will get the best from both worlds!! Also there’s plenty of things to do around the city too, such as parks, restaurants, mall, shopping.

The Space

It a very functional, spacious and comfortable home, beautifully decorated. We have high ceilings floor and lots of natural sun light, with 4 large and nice bedrooms Also there’s a fun porch to hang and enjoy a nice book. If bbq is your thing , we have not only one, but 2 bbqs (one regular and one smoker) to please all the meat lovers out there!! If you have little ones, our basement has a cool indoor playground and play area, which really helps the entertain the little ones during bad weather days. The grown ups can enjoy the nice equipped gym in the mean time right next to them. If the weather is nice, you might as well go check the backyard, see the squirrels and bunnies that visit often , the little pond behind the trees and even enjoy a fire pit on the outdoors! We have a big soccer net for those who enjoy playing

Very friendly neighborhood, you will feel like you are in a movie set. Gorgeous houses around, lots of nature and family oriented vibe

Getting to my home

Very easy transportation. You can take the Go Train from/ to downtown (which will take about 45 minutes) . There is a near by bus station

Nearest airport

Toronto Pearson International. It takes about 30 minutes by car

Getting Around

There’s a walking distance plaza with supermarket, Tim Hortons (Toronto’s mani coffee shop), restaurants, many amenities. We’re minutes away from Walmart, Costco, Home Depot, and many parks, trails and splash pads

We are a family of 4. Our oldest son is 4 and our baby is a little over 6 months. We are originally from Brazil:) We love making new friends and being part of the community. We enjoy traveling, sports, the outdoors and family oriented destinations. I own a beauty rejuvenating spa and my husband works with finance. We moved to Canada in 2022 and recently joined PLU, which I am excited to see where it will take us. I’m sure any family will love our home and its energy!!
