General overview
The timeless details in the house give it lots of personality while the updates make it easy to get comfortable. With lots of shops and restaurants nearby, it is the perfect place to make yourself at home.
Denver, at the base of the Rocky Mountains, it's known for its stunning mountain views and sunny weather. The city combines a lively urban scene with easy access to outdoor activities. You can find tall buildings, trendy neighborhoods, and historic districts, along with parks, museums, and theaters. Denver is famous for its outdoor lifestyle with activities like hiking, skiing, and biking nearby. The city also has a vibrant food and craft been scene. It's a friendly and laid-back place with a mix of modernity and nature.
From my home, you have easy access to highlights like the Botanic Gardens, the Denver Museum of Art, City Park, the Museum of Nature of Science and the Denver Zoo.
The Rocky Mountains are a short drive away with endless outdoor activities.
I call Denver home because it is my favorite city in the world. I would love to share it with you.

Some people live to work. I work to travel! Nothing makes me happier than exploring new places and new environments. Most of all, I love meeting new people. I've had many great experiences and picked up friends all over the world. Now I would love to share my home with those from around the world.
I have lived and studied in Paris which was the beginning of my love for France and travel. I enjoy the culture, the countryside and, of course, the food. I speak French but I always need some practice.
I have a cat at my house who would love some scratches behind her ears. If you have pets, I would love to care for them during my stay.
I will treat your home as my own and leave it pristine condition. I hope that you will do the same.
I am flexible in my travel and open to all varieties of trades.
Bon Voyage!

Welcome to my tree-lined street in the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver.
The front door opens to the living room on the left, a hall to the first floor bedroom and bathroom and the stairs on the right.
A comfortable sitting room to have a chat with friends or enjoy a drink.
The living room has a comfortable couch where you can watch tv or enjoy the fire place.
With an open floor plan, you can be in the kitchen without missing the action in the living room or dining room.
The dining room table is set for 6 but expands to seat 12.
The sunroom is my favorite place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
With a four-burner gas stove, convection over and farmhouse sink, the fully-stocked kitchen makes cooking is a joy. And the dishwasher makes clean-up a breeze.
Head upstairs to the primary bedroom, bathroom and office. Behind the glass door is a coat closet and stairs down to the basement.
The primary bedroom is light and bright but cozy and quiet at night.
There is plenty of storage here for all your needs.
With separate shower and bathtub, there are many ways to relax while cleaning up.
And dual sinks mean there's no fighting for space.
Back downstairs on the ground floor is the second bedroom.
The nightstands double as dressers for your storage.
The first floor bathroom has a large shower and a pedestal sink.
Downstairs in the basement, the day bed expands into a king-size bed PLUS a twin making plenty of room for 3 people to sleep comfortably.
There is a queen-size bed in the basement bedroom.
A half bath attached to the basement bedroom means you don't have to go upstairs in the middle of the night.
The shaded backyard has a table to 8 and a seating area for 4.
The outdoor lounge is a great place to relax at the end of the day.
