General Overview

Our lake house has a lot of big windows that display the lake and the sunset.  It has a very large yard and is very private. The heated swimming pool looks out over the lake. The home is built of stone and cedar with large oak and maple trees on the property.  We have two tree swings overlooking the lake.

The Space

Our home has a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, and all the bathrooms have been remodeled. Two bedrooms have queen, size beds, and one bedroom has four extra large twins.

Guest Access

The bedrooms are on the second floor with a bathroom and laundry room

Notes

We are about 40 minutes from Central Montreal. The pool area has a basketball hope floats and loungers. We have six bikes with helmets, three kayaks and a paddleboard for your use. Our property manager is at a house nearby. He takes care of the property. He’s also a personal. Concierge for information about the area.

Our home is in a quiet village. There’s a playground and a village park about a half block away.  There’s a sprinkler  waterpark,  playground, street hockey rink, Tennis Court, Pickleball court, sand volleyball, and basketball court., an obstacle course

Nearest airport

Montreal airport is about 25 minutes from our house

Getting Around

The railway to Montréal is about two miles from our house. You really need to rent a car or have your own car.  Sometimes we loan out our vehicle

My husband and I are retired. Usually, we travel just us two.   We are on Home Exchange with 50 exchanges. and enjoy it very much  It’s been fun to host other families at our second home near Montreal on a lake with the heated swimming pool.
