My light-filled 40m2 flat is quiet and private. Close by is a parkland area with a lake, perfect for walks, picnics or a morning run. The neighbourhood has a wonderful buzz and has bars, restaurants, food markets, flea markets and artist-run galleries all within walking distance. A huge variety of grocery stores are also just a 5-minute walk up the road.
There are two underground train lines nearby, each a 5-10mins walk, and two tram lines directly on the street.
