General overview

The studio is located in a very lively part of Paris with lots of cafés and restaurants. Right now, it's the hip place. You can easily walk from here to Bastille, le Marais, Notre Dame, l'Ile de la Cité, Jardin des Plantes, and the main museums along the Seine, starting from the Port de l'Arsenal.

The space

The studio overlooks the inside terrace on the first floor, cf picture 5. It's extremely quiet. There's one bedroom and one living space which also includes the shower behind the mirrored wall. The shower is big enough to be comfortable and there's a good aeration system.

Guest access

There is no elevator - just one flight to walk up.

Notes

The private WC is on the landing. It is not a problem to go to at night or during the day, you will meet practically no one as there are only two other flats and little circulation.

The neighborhood is extremely lively with a lot of restaurants, cafés, and art galeries. The apartment itself is very quiet since it is on an inside patio.

The flat is accessible near the metro stations Bastille (line 1), Bréguet Sabin (line 5), or Saint Ambroise (line 9).

Getting around

The nearest shops are within walking distance. There are three grocery stores, several boulangeries, and numerous restaurants within a 3 minute walk.
