General overview

Our 2nd home, non holiday rental 50m from Arrawarra headland Beach NSW. 30 minutes from Coffs Harbour Airport. This is a regional renowned surfing, fishing real Aussie holiday area. Amazing hiking in the hinterlands. We are in the subtropics. Mild winters and average 26c summer time. Little coastal village 5 minutes away for dining, fish and chips, pubs, bakery, supermarket and cool little shops. This area is very sought after by domestic market as it was our hidden gem for years and now it is getting busy. We are looking for a swap or stay in destinations documented. Currently we do not require Australian swaps.

The space

Our property has 2 areas. We can l9ck off one area if required. Upstairs and downstairs. 2 kitchens , 2 bathrooms, 1 outside hot and cold shower and sink. Back yard is enclosed. Kangaroos everywhere over our back fence. Doggo stares at them all day. But the 2 shall never meet. We have 3 bedrooms plus an office. This property is not suitable for wheelchair access. Must be able to use stairs easily. Webber on front large deck. When predominate summer winds come up, barbecue in the back. We luv pets but no pets. Sorry other people once came and their dog had fleas. So never again. Sorry.

Neighbourhood

Coastal town 5 minutes away, hiking, surfing, sup, kayak, fishing, deep sea diving off the beach. Quite a few regional cute coastal towns and hinterland towns within 1 hours drive. So Aussie iconic. My friends from the US luv it. I am a native Californian.

Getting to my home

We are between Sydney and Brisbane international airports..Coffs Harbour airport 30 minutes away. Driving, 6 hrs from Sydney, 4 hrs from Brisbane.
