We have 2bd/2ba beautiful house + detached studio available as 3rd bedroom/private office/artist workshop/entertainment room in great location in beautiful Santa Fe. There’s a fully stocked chefs kitchen, separate dining room, comfy beds, lofted ceilings - beautiful light, and New Mexican/artistic touches throughout. Oasis backyard with covered patio, bbq, garden, fruit trees, and hot tub. Off-street parking for 2 cars. In Casa Solana right next to the river trail, frank ortiz and alto park, better day coffee and coop grocery store - best spots in Santa Fe for walking and biking.

The Space

Sleeping: Master bedroom with king bed upstairs and bathroom (bathtub only), downstairs kids room with single bed and crib and bathroom (shower only). Outdoor: Hot tub, vegetable garden, patios with outdoor couch, 2 patio tables for eating. Additional studio available on request for 3rd bedroom, office, workout space. Includes Pilates machine, desk with monitor, couch, tv, and queen bed upon request.

2 floors, master is up 1 flight of stairs (20 stairs), studio is about 15 yards from back door

Notes

We have a renter in the front casita on the property who takes care of our outdoor cat, plants, and hot tub when away.

Aimee Leigh

We are Aimee Leigh and Ehrin. We just welcomed a baby boy, to our family in February 2026 and can’t wait to show him the world. We are Northern California natives that live in Santa Fe, New Mexico and also have an apartment in San Francisco. We love a balance of Mountains and city. Ehrin works in the film industry and I develop food and beverage products. We love to cook, travel, go to concerts, ski, and hike! We are interested in traveling to San Diego, Colorado, New Orleans, Mexico, France, and NYC this next year and hope to share our beautiful home in Santa Fe in exchange! We also have an au pair from Colombia, Lore, that we sometimes travel with.
