Our small guest house has an independent entrance and a beautiful private garden with hammock, barbecue, sofa and outdoor table. It is equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday, well-equipped kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wifi Internet, two connecting bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The sea is only 150 meters from the house and some of the most beautiful beaches are within walking distance. Near the house there is a large shopping center, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. For those who love sports, near the house there are basketball courts, tennis courts and it is possible to rent kayaks and practice snorkeling, SUP paddle boarding and wakeboarding. 

The apartment is available for exchanges in the period OCTOBER-MAY.

Hello everyone! I'm Andrea 45 years old from Modena, Italia :) I've lived 2 years in Barcelona then I moved to Croatia where I've been living from 8 years.
