Neighbourhood
Situated in the center of Fiesole, an old Etruscan town on the hill of Florence.
Fiesole is a lively town with several restaurants, bars, gelateria, grocery shops etc. In the same street as the house you find an old Roman theater that hosts a music festival from June to September. There are several museums as well. We live in front of the new theater that host concerts, dance companies, and cinema (Italian/International) a few time a week.
Lovely scenic walks down towards Florence or in the Tuscan countryside. Of if you want to see where Leonardo da Vinci tried to fly, it's in our local forest about 15 min walk away.

Getting Around
Walking distance to grocery shops and restaurants and all the sights to see in town including museums, roman teater, and breathtaking views of Florence and the Tuscan countryside. Bus down to Florence every 20 min. The bus takes 15 /20min to the city centre. Street Parking.
