General overview
Our house overlooks the Tuscan hills, surrounded by fields of olive trees. It has 4 rooms with private bathrooms, a very large kitchen equipped with fireplace, barbecue and pizza oven, a large living room with fireplace and large TV, panoramic turret over the hills. Outside we have a large garden with olive trees and ornamental plants, children's playground, a zen pond with little fish, a panoramic swimming pool.
It is possible to park up to 4 cars.
With us live 3 good and affectionate dogs and 2 cats.
The space
The house is located 5km from Pistoia, a beautiful town rich in history and culture and home to one of the most beautiful zoos in Europe. The house is 30km from Florence, 40km from Lucca, 50km from Pisa, 100km from Siena, 60km from the sea of Versilia and 30km from the ski slopes of Abetone.
Thanks to its location in a few days it is possible to explore almost all of Tuscany.

1) It’s avaiable a car bmw 420 cabriolet for four persons
2) In our fridge and cellar you will always find some tasty Italian speciality for you
3) In our house live 3 very good and affectionate dogs and 2 very independent cats. The garden is very large, so it will not be necessary to take them outside, but it would be nice if you could feed them. (We leave the food)
4) To accommodate you, at our expense, we can have the house cleaned 2 to 4 times a week at agreed times.

At 80 m from the house there are a market and a pizzeria.
Five kilometers from the house is the city of Pistoia, with a truly fascinating and amazing historic center. There are all kinds of stores and restaurants for all tastes.
In July there is a blues festival and there are a variety of cultural events and parades with period costumes.
