The house was built 1890 as a residential home for chief employees at a paper mill. It's next to a small river which makes afternoon SUP-activities or swimming a lifestyle opportunity.  The area is great for outdoor activities all year round. It located close to mountains for alpine skiing or hiking as well as mountain bike trails, ice-skating, cross-country skiing, SUP etc. The area Dalarna is know for beeing the center of Midsummer celebration in june as well as snow activities during winter.

The Space

The villas' ground floor opens up towards the garden and hosts a library, hall, kitchen, wc, laundry room, dining room and formal room with a fire place.  You reach a small cellar from the kitchen. The upper floor contains four big bedrooms, bathroom, living room and balcony. 
It's formal in it's disposition but cosy as a family home.
