General Overview

Renovated home in Midtown CDA (Coeur D’Alene), walkable to wonderful grocery stores (Pilgrims Natural Foods and Trader Joe’s), coffee shops, restaurants, vintage stores, and the gorgeous downtown on Lake Coeur D’Alene. We are newer to the area so are still getting to know it but favorite spots include the many clean and beautiful parks as well as hiking the scenic trails along the lake at Tubb’s Hill. For Summertime you can’t beat a picnic and evening dip in the lake. Coeur D’Alene is a picturesque and friendly town that is a wonderful spot to spend a weekend or longer, and also a great home base to explore the many lakes and outdoor activities of North Idaho and inland Washington.

The Space

Two floors, with living/dining, kitchen, and guestroom (double pillow top mattress) and office with twin bed plus a full bath on the main floor. In the basement there is a large master bedroom with comfortable sitting room and smart TV, another full bath (walk-in shower with great water pressure), laundry room and kids bedroom with two pillow top twin XL beds. We have everything you need to cook at home, BBQ a meal outside on the deck, and enjoy a morning latte from our Breville espresso machine, Backyard is fully fenced with both a charcoal and gas grill to choose from, a great outside dining area, and swingset plus kids toys. All the mattresses are extremely comfortable and if visiting in the summer the a/c works great.

Notes

Currently looking mostly for non-sim for 2025/26, and are often quite flexible as we work remotely and homeschool.

Neighbourhood

Mid-town CDA is a very pretty area of CDA with quiet tree lined streets. Only two blocks from the best grocery stores in town, and a 25 min walk to downtown and the waterfront.

Getting to my home

We are approx 6 hours from Seattle, two hours from Missoula, Montana. Nearest airport is Spokane Washington, which is a 30 min drive. Open to considering a car exchange.
