General overview

Welcome to our newly built apartment in Prague Újezd, part of a family house with it´s own entrance with full privacy. Fully furnished room, bathroom and kitchen. Space for 2 adults (ultra comfy bed 180x200 with premium italian Magniflex matresses) and 2 kids (detachable sofa 120x190 cm). We provide premium bed linen and towels. Toiletries. TV, Netflix, wi-fi. We live in the house upstairs and there is also a possibility of remote check-inn / check-out so we are very flexible in hosting whenever we are in the house or not. :-)

The space

The apartment size is 22 sq.m. with one bed and a detachable sofa. It is perfect for couples but also OK for 2 adults and 2 smaller kids. Besides the apartment itself you can use our beautiful covered seating area with pallet furniture. Plenty of light in the apartment is ensured by a large glass wall. As it is located in the basement, north-east oriented, it never gets overheated during summertime.

Guest access

You can park conveniently and free of charge on the street, our cameras on the house will help your car to be safe. You walk through the garden and enter the apartment from the back of the building on the lower ground floor. The entrance is barrier free.

Neighbourhood

We are located in a quiet green location in Prague suburbs - 5 minutes drive Průhonice - Aquapalace aquapark, castle, Dendrological garden, 10 mins to metro Opatov or shopping mall Westfield Chodov.

Getting to my home

The best option is to drive. Public transport works very well here too but most of our Airbnb guests came by car and appreciated easy parking and sleeping in a quiet place.

Nearest airport

Vaclav Havel Airport Prague. 35 minutes by car or Uber.

Getting around

35 - 45 minutes by public transport to Prague city centre and 20 - 30 minutes by car.
