General Overview

Villa Adriano is located silently and secluded in a private and gated garden, on a hilltop with views overlooking a smaller village and nearby olive farms. Lucca city is 15 min drive from the house, Florence and the Italian riviera 1 hour by car. The house has a swimmingpool with lounges for 10 and an outdoor dining area for 15 people.

The Space

A 300 m2 Villa, distribueres on a ground floor and a first floor. On The groundfloor you will Find 2 ensuite bedrooms , The kitchen, a Lounge with Apple TV , and washing machines. On the first floor there are 2 additional double rooms and two bathrooms. A living room with an additional Apple TV and a smaller dining room. There is a private garden surrounding the House, with a swimming pool, lounges for 10, a separate dining area including wood fired pizza oven, a wok, and area for BBQ. Outside the estate, there is excellent walking areas, through olive farms and sceneric nature.

Neighbourhood

Small Tuscan Villages around the house with shops and local restaurants. I the 15 min by car you will find the ancient walled city of Lucca, excellent for shopping and dining.

Getting to my home

Closest airport is Pisa, 40 min by car. Florence is 60 min by car Rome and Milane is 3.5 hours by car. There are excellent train network all over Italy as well.
